Lutte contre le système prostitutionnel, le Sénat dans le sens de l’histoire, ou pas ?

Palais du Luxembourg hiverA la lecture des avis rendus par la commission spéciale sur les amendements, on est en droit de se demander quel est l’objectif visé par les membres du Sénat. Visiblement pas celui d’aider les personnes prostituées. Vouloir réintroduire le délit de racolage, c’est à nouveau souhaiter pénaliser les plus fragiles. Refuser la pénalisation des acheteurs de sexe, c’est maintenir l’impunité des auteurs de violences puisque les “clients” de la prostitution sont les auteurs à part entière de multiples faits de violence sur les personnes prostituées…

International Call of 13 November: it is by law that we will get the Abolition of Prostitution

Survivors of prostitution, union representatives and parliamentarians have been working on theme « Prostitution and trafficking in human beings in the world : an exploitation of the most vulnerable groups ».
